  •  Learn about Saint Myron, who has always been one of the most revered and beloved Cretan saints.
  • Visit Raukos, the birthplace of the saint, which was later renamed Agios Mironas in his honor.
  • Visit the Ancient Prinias. This used to be important strategic and economic spot, as well as Raukos, as these two large cities were linking Knossos and Gortyna, between the northern and southern coasts of the island.
  • The ancient settlement was located on a plateau at an altitude of 650 meters, in the very center of Crete, on the eastern slopes of the Idi mountain range.
  • Enjoy this location with unobstructed visibility in all directions.
  • Visit the church built on the Patela Hill in honor of St. Panteleimon the Healer.
  • Pick-up from your hotel or any other place within North Heraklion region (for other regions of the island extra charges may apply).
  • Walking tour in the maze of old streets of the village of Agia Mirona.
  • Temple of the XI century, where the Relics and the Miraculous Icon of Saint Myron are kept, one of the first bishops of Crete in the IV century.

  • Panoramic tour to the top of the Ritual Mount Prigna and visit to the Church of St. Pantelimon.
