ROUTE 1: Climbing the dirt roads to the Plateau of Lasithi:
This route explores the center of Crete, reaching a height of 1,150 meters above sea level.
On the way, you will see the Roman aqueduct ruins of Littos.
First stop in the traditional village of Kastamonitsa, where we have a coffee in the local traditional coffee shop. You will have the opportunity to stroll through the narrow streets and get acquainted with the architectural traditions of central Crete.
We pass by the Christian Church of St. Anne, one of the oldest monasteries of Crete, built in 1300, we reach the plateau Limnakaro at an altitude of 1150 meters, where you will also get acquainted with the architecture of the “mittato” - the stone shelters of local shepherds.

ROUTE 2: Tripitis Gorge and Beach in the South of Crete
The village of Agios Mironas was built on the site of the ancient city of Rafkos and was known in antiquity as Raukos. It was later renamed in honor of the Bishop of Crete, St. Myron, who lived in the III-IV century of our era.
In the village of Pría we will visit Rakokazano-workshop of raki production, try traditional raki and local delicacies.
Reaching the foothills of Asterusia mountain and climb to a height of 850 meters. We pass through a beautiful gorge, we find ourselves on one of the best beaches of Crete with clean water.

On the way to Agios Nikolaos, stop at the traditional village of Kritsa, famous for its many artisan shops.

ROUTE 4: Agiofarago gorge and Matala beach:
In the central part of the island at an altitude of 760 meters stop in the village of Agios Thomas, built in 1371. In the village there are Byzantine churches, the ruins of a Byzantine aqueduct, as well as tombs of the Roman era.
Crossing the valley of Messara through olive groves, we will reach the monastery of ODIGITRIA, one of the most famous monasteries of Crete, built in the 14th century.
